Oiseaux/Tonnerre is a two-part work. It consists of an installation in the cloak room of an abandoned coal mine, the Puits Morandat, near Marseilles and a sound walk on Sainte-Victoire Mountain (which was made famous by Cézanne through numerous paintings). The installation consists of three listening separate rooms, for intimate listening, and a light and sound installation in the 5000 square foot vacant building.
